I uploaded the build on 20.05.2022 and the app review team rejected it for the reason that it will take them longer to review my app. In the email, it was noted that I have to do nothing else than wait and within a few days, they will finish the review and provide additional information.
After three weeks of no reaction to many emails and requests of mine, I finally decided to delete the build and upload a new build to start the review process from scratch.
So I uploaded l15.6.22 a new build and started the review process from scratch.
Today 20.6.22 after 5 days the app status is still "waiting for review" and nothing has changed or happened so far. The support team again ignores my emails and I didn't get any information yet. The telephone support is also just telling me, that the support team can only be contacted by email. So there is no tel support, no email support and nothing is happening on the app.
It's so badly frustrating... What can I do, can someone please help me with this??
