Distributing an iOS beta, not enrolled?

Hi. I want to distribute a very early beta version of an app made for iOS.

I see this when i try to export the app in xcode:

I see this. when I try to enroll:

I have release MacOS apps before without any problem but I have not released any iOS apps.

Please help

Hello,

When selecting "Team" under Signing & Capabilities, please be sure to choose the team that is for Apple Developer Program. This is one that does not have (Personal Team) next to it.
