Auto-renewable is not editing and apple want me to change promotional Image

Greetings, Developers. I am trying to add auto-renewable subscription to my app. the build is rejected by AppStore, they want me do some moderation like changing promotional image but I not able to edit that. I also uncheck "Cleared for Sale" but it's not allowing me to save or edit. Kindly help me in this issue. thank you for value able time. looking forward for your response
