This question is related with Apple Books.
We have an app that shows book cover images like Apple Books does.
We see Apple Books app having different kinds of banner stuffs above the book cover image. We are thinking to have same kind of feature in our own app.
Is that free to do or we need to take consent from anyone?
Did Apple Books had to take any kind of consents from anyone?
Anyones response is highly appreciated.
Which banner stuff precisely ?
You are not authorised to use Apple visual elements that may people think your product is Apple product or in anyway supported / validated / promoted… by Apple.

Its not about the banner in Apple Store.I actually wanted to ask if putting shadow around the book cover image as in Apple Book Store needs special consent from anyone? Also , if its ok to put a banner as in the image here . Do we need to have any kind of consent or anything to put a banner on the book cover image in our app?
