I canceled order renew as I typically do when subscribing. However in this case I am not receiving a benefit of the subscription because they work off of Apple‘s auto renew and think that I do not have a subscription. I’m trying to work with them but it is frustrating.
Is there a way to reactivate auto renew within Apple settings?
