Settings are open all day long

Hi, lately I need to charge my phone at least twice a day and I noticed in screen time that from two weeks settings are open all day long (literally 24/7) so i think this is the problem. Does anyone knows any solution? Obviously using IOS 16 Thanks in advance for help :)
