One of the apps in development is currently under review for three weeks.
There were 3 rejections, each time answered in detail. After that, it goes into "in review" status and no contact at all.
We've reached out to support multiple times via mail and phone, but with the same excuses.
"Your inquiry has been forwarded to the review team."
As with all projects, this one also has a set period. There is no set time, just waiting.
I want to know the reason why it doesn't pass even if it doesn't pass.
Is there any way to talk to the review team? Is everyone just waiting for two weeks, three weeks, a month?
