It is my first time trying to enroll in the apple developer program I download the "Apple Developer" App and tried to enroll, then I paid the membership and my credit card was charged with 103,85 USD but I'm not part of the Apple developer program yet.
Also, I see the plans cost 99 USD and 299 USD.
In the page https://reportaproblem.apple.com/ I'm able to see the charged by Apple developer program, but I'm not sure what I paid. does anyone have an idea ?
