Is it correct that ExternalLinkAccount is not available in Beta and will be available when iOS16 stable is public released?

Regarding the confirmation of recognition, in the document below, there is "Once this new API becomes available in a public release of iOS and iPadOS" in the "Implementing the in-app modal sheet" section. Is it correct that ExternalLinkAccount is not available in Beta and will be available when iOS16 stable is public released?

Any update about this?

I'm trying to use ExternalLinkAccount in Xcode 14.1. I import "#import <StoreKit/StoreKit.h>" but I can't find anything else about how to use ExternalLinkAccount open function with Objective-C, and in the documentation page it only appears for swift language.
