The purchase for Apple Developer Program has been made 3 weeks ago. However, Apple is still yet to approve the purchase.
I already have used the card with Apple Store so I know the card is valid. Furthermore, I requested Apple Suppor to charge my apple ID's card for the purchase, yet it is still not charged at all.

I was unable to fill in the CVV/CVC for the card in the Apple Purchase form. So, I sent them the CVV/CVC as well in support message. However, there is still no update from Apple side.
Any Apple Core team members available here please have a look in this issue. I am willing to give the payment, however Apple is not charging me. This seems so polar opposite. Customers usually deny the charge, however here Apple is not charging me. I would humbly request to charge my account.
