Not receiving Beta feedback emails

Hi there, when users of our testflight app use the 'Share beta feedback' feature, I do not receive an email notification on each submission, though it is configured under Test Information -> as the Feedback Email. I've checked my spam etc and event tried a different email address. It doesn't work. I do however receive the regular testflight update emails.

This is one of my most hated "features" of TestFlight. Apple doesn't send you any of the feedback items via email (nor even a rollup summary), instead you have to remember to login to App Store Connect, navigate through a few menus to get the page you show above and then click Feedback > Screenshots.

Same here, I really don't understand why the Feedback provided by Internal Beta Testers is not sent automatically as an email to the provided Feedback Email ! Instead you as a developer must log into App Store Connect, navigate through a few menus and finally find the feedback. Such a very bad implementation!
