I have submitted my app over two weeks ago, and it has been in review for the entire time. I messaged apple twice to try to receive some feedback as to why this process is taking so long, but just got the template response "there may be delays, we don't require any additional information at this time".
Because of this delay, we have already missed our planned launch, which was critical for our timeline. I tried to request an expedited review, but just received the same template response as before.
