Dears

  • when iOS 16 beta was released I installed it 
  • then I found that some of my apps are not compatible 
  • so I did a backup and restored the iOS to 15.6.1 
  • everything went well accept the iCloud Drive (files app) when I am opening it shows : iCloud Drive is loading… 

appreciate your guidance on possible solution
