I have a casino application that opens the slots in safariviewcontroller. Apple has recently reject the application with the reasoning that I have slots with real money. Although that it is correct, I have seen other apps with the exact same flow and the same games that have not been rejected? How can this happen? If I submit an appeal raising that there are other apps that have not been rejected, do I have any other risk apart from just not approve my application? For example is there any possibility that they will ban my account in general?
