Screenshot upload to App Store Connect won't go through

For the last 2 days, we've been trying to prepare a new release. When uploading the screenshots we're left with some of the images being stuck in an "uploading" state, a grey image with a cloud on it, and when hovering it says: "this file has been uploaded and is processing".

I've noticed it's something that happened before: https://developer.apple.com/forums/thread/671783

I've tried deleting all screenshots and re-uploading but it seems like the issue is on AppStoreConnect's side.

Is anyone else experiencing the same issue?

Parece que algumas imagens não estão completamente carregadas.

Revise todos eles (para cada formato) e veja se não há nenhum que ainda esteja acinzentado.

Em caso afirmativo, remova e recarregue.

It seems some images are not completely loaded.

Review them all (for each format) and see if there is none that is still grayed.

If so, remove and reload.

Remove the image and reload. Save one by one to make sure.

@Claude31 I've tried several solutions and the problem persists. We ship multiple apps every month and never encountered this kind of problem, it really seems to be an appstore connect bug. :(

@Claude31 - We ship an update a week to the App Store from our CI and this never happens. There's definitely something going on with AppStoreConnect.

We've tried removing grayed-out screenshots a number of times but every time we upload them again, there are still some that are grayed-out. We managed to release by doing that over and over again until there are no more grayed-out screenshots but this is really time consuming and is not a solution to this issue.
