Does anyone else have the issue where two finger scrolling pauses (and inertia stops) about 10% of the time they try to scroll on a MacBook Pro? It's almost like scrolling "misfires" 10% of the time and just stops, and you have to lift your fingers off the trackpad and place them back down again to resume.
It seems like it's worst in google chrome, but also happens in safari and other programs like text editors. I've had the trackpad replaced due to a hardware failure that came up on Apple diagnostic check, but there doesn't feel like there is any difference even with the new trackpad -- it's basically the same.
Is this a software bug, or wondering if this is just the normal Mac experience?
