I have location enabled in my settings app, but ever since updating my iphone 12 mini to iOS 16 location in browser no longer works. It works in firefox.
I have experienced this on around 10-15 iOS 15 devices in safari over the last year. When switching to another browser on these iOS 15 devices (say Firefox), around half of those devices were able to get location. On the remaining devices that still did not work, I downloaded Edge and then a few more devices gave location successfully.
All browsers requested location access for the application itself (ex: Firefox) but the actual website is unable to get location.
