iPhone 13 Carplay Issues

I upgraded to the iPhone 13 Pro IOS 15 recently and immediately discovered that my CarPlay was no longer working properly. My GPS is off by a mile. It constantly re-routes me and shows me driving through lakes. my iPhone 11 worked perfectly fine with CarPlay. I recently updated the iOS to 16 in hopes that it would correct the problem. Now, I’m not getting text message notifications through carplay and my GPS still does not work. I’ve had the vehicle serviced, they swear it’s the phone. The GPS on the phone works fine when it is not paired to the Jeep, once it’s paired it starts acting up immediately. I’ve tried 3 GPS apps and they all act the same. I’ve factory reset the phone, contacted apple for a replacement device, nothing is fixing the problem!!!
