Apple Remote Desktop will not open since upgrading to 10.12.4. Keeps telling me to upgrade or quit. I am on the latest upgrade for 3.8

I really need it for my job also. I saw there was a beta ARD 3.9 but I could not get to the linked page to download it. Anyone?
