Enrollment Rejected because our company name contain MAC in legal name

We've withdrawn your enrollment because the legal entity name you provided contains an Apple trademark. For a list of Apple trademarks. How to enroll in our name ?? any other way to enroll in our company name. we dont want use individual name or different company for this?? Please suggest how to resolve this.

Well, does the “MAC” in “SQUADMAC” refer to Mac computers, like you’re a squad of experts on that particular platform? Or is it totally unrelated? If the former, then you’re probably out of luck. If the latter, then you can try to write up and submit a detailed explanation of what the name means and why it shouldn’t be considered a trademark conflict. Good luck.

Hello,

I'm currently experiencing the same issue with Apple Developer Program organization enrollment.

Our company, Swiftier Inc., is a federally incorporated Canadian financial technology company and FINTRAC-registered Money Services Business.

Apple withdrew our organization enrollment because our registered legal name contains "Swift," which Apple considers a trademark conflict.

Our company operates in cross-border payments and financial services and has no affiliation with Apple's Swift programming language.

Changing our registered company name or enrolling as an individual is not a viable option for our business.

We've contacted Apple Developer Support and Apple Legal, but no response we're still seeking a resolution.

Were you eventually able to enroll your company under its existing legal name? If so, what process did you follow, and which Apple team helped resolve the issue?

Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.
