I have a new iPhone 14 Pro Max and it seems to me when I'm using apps, it's faster when I disable WiFi and operate on 5G. I have gig ethernet with Google Fiber and my internet is just fine on all devices, including other Apple devices, like my iPad. Apps like YouTube and Amazon Shopping seems to load content much slower on WiFI and to resolve it, I tap on disable wifi and reenable. It continues to get into this funk constantly. My phone just keeps to operate better on cellular. I've tried resetting network connection and restarting my phone several times, but it does not seem to resolve this issue. I proceeded to check my WiFi setting where I noticed that it is showing "No Internet Connection" underneath my network name when connected. So the phone thinks that my network is not connected. I've rebooted my router several times and it does not change the status. I am clearly streaming content from wifi and have done speed tests where it detects my connection and ISP associated to my internet provider, but the phone thinks that there is no internet connection. I believe that this is the cause for why my apps are operating slower on WiFi because it is confused.
