Hi,
A few days back my account has been added to other companys iTunes Connect. Since then I am unable to log in using the Application Loader. I've already reset my password and confirm that I can login using the appleid.apple.com or xcode (Preferences->Accounts). My account does not use the two step verification process. Now I am unable to upload any ipa file built outside of xcode. Could you please advise on the matter?
I'm on Application Loader version 3.6.

And i have this err today. Try send ipa i use Application Loader 3.2, 3.6 - i see mess: The application account information was incorrect.
Did anyone get an answer to this? Same problem here "We're having trouble connecting to the App Store. Please try again later. Your Apple ID or password was entered incorrectly"
I got around the problem by creating an App Store profile rather than Ad Hoc - the Application Loader didn't have the same problem when using this process.
Signing out and in again to Application Loader helped for me
