Changing the country/region of my developer account

Hi all,

I first registered with the Apple Developer Program when living in the Netherlands. Now I live in the US, without access to my Dutch credit cards or phone number, and so there’s no way for me to renew my account (the subscription has in the meantime expired). I posted a support ticked requesting a change of the country/region on my account, but despite follow-ups I haven’t heard anything back for many months. Has any of you been in this situation? Any tips on who I could possibly contact to get this done?
