I have an "Apple Developer Enterprise Program" account, it expired on 1 Oct 2022. I started the renewal process in Aug 2022, but have been pending for Apple to review for months. This is the message showing in my account "We’ll review and let you know if we can process the renewal or if the Apple Developer Program better serves your needs".
Around end of Sep, I requested Apple to extend the expiry date via Phone Support since the delay is from them, they did and extended the expiry date to 1 Nov 2022.
Now we're in end of Oct and they still haven't finished reviewing. I spoke to Phone Support again, but this time they told me they cannot extend anymore. It was a one time extension. I asked them when they can finish reviewing, unfortunately the support unable to provide any date. And he even mentioned my app will no longer be available 90 days later, if Apple still cannot finish the review - even though the delay is coming from Apple.
I asked for next escalation point, this guy mentioned he's the last escalation point.
Anyone has similar experience? What should i do to expedite the review? How can i escalate further?
