Some apps missing from the Bosnian version of the App Store

For some reason, I can’t find apps like Google Earth, Google Street View or Google Photos on this version of the App Store. A few months ago, you couldn’t find YouTube. That is fixed now. Does anyone know why these apps still aren’t available?
