The issue we having is that we recently deployed a new 7NOW store application to approximately 9K devices that are on our Enterprise managed devices and networks. Of that 9k devices around 200 devices did not successfully work after the application was installed (verified via our MDM software Microsoft Intune). The error the devices is giving is screenshotted below. We have verified that the settings on these devices are identical to the devices that are working correctly. We have tested the network and are seeing successful packets going to Apple servers and returning back into the device network locally in the retail store. Everything appears to be working as it should BUT we can not get that verify app error to go away. The only way we have been able to resolve the issue is to roll a technician out to the store and have them connect the device to a hotspot. Once they connect to the hotspot it is able to immediately verify and we can then reconnect it to the store wifi and it works fine.
Could someone please provide the insight on this issue
