Has anyone found a way to escalate a support issue beyond the Apple Developer frontline support desk?
I have an outstanding issue with my clients Apple Developer account which appears to have been disabled in some way internally so that even though they have an active developer subscription, their account is asking for enrolment, but when they try to re-enroll they get an error message telling them
"Sorry, you can’t enroll at this time.
Your Apple ID is already associated with the Account Holder of a membership."
Apple developer support have sat on this issue for 9 months seemingly without doing anything, and this is now critical for my client.
Any suggestions on how to get beyond the allocated frontline support agent would be gratefully received.
Alternatively, If Apple Dev Support would like to resolve this issue then that would be even better!!!!
