Sunday, my iPhone X bricked. A black screen appeared with it restore screen on it, nothing prompted it. When I try to connect it with iTunes and update it as with every tutorial online suggested. Error code 9 always appears. I’ve attempted it on 3 different computers with multiple different leads. Is there any fix that anyone could suggest? All the other fixes seem to be paid. This is ridiculous, the fact that a phone can simply stop working for no reason. I’m pleading for help, there is absolutely no reason why I should have to lob about another 600 euro for a new phone.

same thing happened to me this morning-- iPhone Xs running latest iOS. went to bed fine, woke up to nothing. did you have any luck fixing yours?
