I am going to upload a new version of an app and it will only support iOS 13 or later. The previous version supports iOS 11 or later so I need to know what will happen with the users with iOS 11? I guess that they will not be able to upgrade version and if they have installed the previous version but will new users or the ones who uninstall the app be able to download the previous version?

Yes, they won't be able to upgrade. But their app should continue to work.
The previous version won't be downloadable any more (no more accessible on the appstore).
Thanks for your answer. Do you know if new users (with iOS 11) would be abe to download the old version that was available for iOS 11 or later? According to this post (https://developer.apple.com/news/?id=9182013a) they should but as it's an old post, I'm not sure. Thanks again.
