For some (unknown) reason, our new iOS App versions are not appearing in the App Store even though "Ready for Sale". Neither for updates nor for new installs. Multiple releases in a row now.
Is there anyone else having this kind of strange problem? App store support was of now help so far.

How long is it since it is Ready for sale ? Is it the first version Ready For Sale ? If not, are the previous versions visible ?
No, it's not the first version. We're in the store for many years now.
Two release versions are missing currently. The one before the two is available and visible but its already three release iterations old.
The current version is Ready for Sale for 30 hours now. The previous version which also never appeared was Ready for Sale for 7-8 days without ever showing.
