Hi everyone. Apple recently anounced apps should provide account deletion function. But my application is a bit ambiguous to the guideline so I'd like to have your opinions.
In terms of registration in the app, when managers register some users on the website(server), the users can access the app by inputting their phone numbers and a cerification numbers.
In this case, should I provide account deletion to the users?
If I understand correctly, the one who registers user is the manager. So he is the one who must be able to unregister.
User just provide complementary information. AFAIK, all you have to do here is protect those data (to comply with GDPR for instance or similar).
I advise you to leave a note for the reviewer explaining this.
