DeviceActivityCenter Silent Failing

Anyone else have this problem where the DeviceActivityCenter is silently failing/hanging on startMonitoring?

No error caught but the code won't progress, and the intervalDidStart never runs.

Yes. I am experiencing the same issue. In my case, the DeviceActivityEvent is empty, since there are no apps that can be selected on the Simulator. Not sure if that is the cause.
