I have a couple of questions reg. the App Referrer proceeds in the Apple Connect Analytics. Hope someone can help clarify these for me.

is there a "time limit" on the "App referrer tag" so the revenue generated after a certain amount of time will not be credited as App Referrer but fall under normal sales?

Can revenue be tracked from all apps or is it only apps with ATT? Maybe this is more or less all apps now, but is wondering if it can impact the proceeds.
