Which iPad model also starts to use the same newer FaceID sensor as the iPhone 13 model

Hello, Our app SureScan 3D Scanner uses FaceID or TrueDepth sensor. We have noticed that the newer iPhone model (13 and14) uses modified or newer version TrueDepth sensor which unfortunately degraded the 3D data quality. Our question is: Which iPad model also starts to use the same newer FaceID sensor as the iPhone 13 model? (https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT209183) thank you!
