I'm just looking forward to make my Apple Purchase Account. For individual account first time I could pay $99 through my master card issued by the local bank, but how could if I try to sale out my products on store? How is that revenue would come across me!

Payments are made within 45 days of the end of each fiscal month, electronically, into the bank account you specify when applying for an Individual Developer Account.
The revenue split between the developer and Apple is basically 70% / 30%.
