Is it acceptable to have an app with a banner, linking and sending the user to an external browser website?
The website would be owned by me and have the same theme and be related to the content of my app.
The banner would inform the user that it would send them to the website. The website would have blogs, admob ads, etc.
I see this as way of not overwhelming the app user with ads.
