i met verify much failed case in 2023-02-08 my service run very well for a long time before the problem.
my product is subscriptions purchase_date is 2023-01-08, i verify receipt success when the date is 2023-02-08 i verify receipt failed, and met 21002
each time i verify success , i replace my receipt use [latest_receipt] from the response of receipt
please help me to solve the problem thanks
Today (Feb 8, 2023) I'm also experiencing a problem with receipt validation failing with a receiptStatus message:
"Receipt not signed by Apple"
This occurs in an App in App Store which has been ready for sale since December 12, 2022
And it's the first time I ever experienced the problem since February, 2019 !!

Me, too, same problem with existing app.
There was an outage with the App Store receipt verification that is now resolved. See the status page for details. File a Feedback report if the issue still occurs.
Issue still occurs here (in Denmark). Don't know how to 'file a feedbak report' ...

I also see that despite the outage having ended, part of my app users are still enable to make purchases. When I verify the receipt, I also get met 21002. Also looks like they are empty with no purchases inside. I also do not know how to file a feedback report. Can you please provide a link ?

Issue still unresolved here in Denmark!
Issue also with my wife's iPhone - but if I delete the App and download it from the App Store, the problem is gone! Of course this doesn't really solve my / my customers problem, since all data is then gone.
