Hey Team, We are seeing that most of the Apple reviews are being grabbed with a delay of more than 24 hours. We understand that there is an apple moderation policy for 24 hours, but the below reviews are being grabbed with 24 hr+ delay. We checked the jobs and there are no grabber failures for this account. Can you please help us ASAP on this?

On average, 90% of submissions are reviewed in less than 24 hours. You’ll be notified by email if we find issues in our review or if the submission is approved. You can also check the review status of your submission in the My Apps section of App Store Connect or on the App Store Connect app for iPhone and iPad.

Thanks for your reply @BusterBrown17. We are aware of the review turnaround time expected for apps submitted to Apple for being published to the App Store.
However, we are referring to a delay observed in fetching user ratings and reviews left on an app which is already live in App Store using the App Store Connect API. Endpoint reference: https://developer.apple.com/documentation/appstoreconnectapi/list_all_customer_reviews_for_an_app
We are seeing user reviews on the app which are visible natively for a few hours but are not being returned in the API response until much later. Can you please comment on what could cause these delays?
