I joined the developer program and the enterprise program with the same apple id.
Now, from Apple Member Center, I can see only the options related to the developer program (no in-house distribution for example).
How can I manage this thing?

This shouldn't be a problem.
When you login to the Member Center you should be prompted with a drop-down selector or radio button selector (can't recall which) with both 'teams' showing up -- one for the Enterprise account and one for the Developer account...
You just select the one want to manage / work with -- and then it takes you into the regulard Member Center home page.

I tried several times to login and choose the correct team but I can't find the team selector..it isn't prompted to me.
Any idea?
I've just checked my enterprise program, and I think it's ok..if I try to re-enroll the program the message is:
Sorry, you can't enroll at this time.
Your Apple ID is already associated with a Team Agent enrolled in this program
