When we submit our apps for review, we include an attachment that gives the testers a better idea on how to test our app. Unlike all previous releases, the processing of the attachment is no longer instantaneous like they have been in the past. The attachment just shows 'processing' next to its name. When we ignore it and attempt to submit our app for review, we get an error:
Unable to Add for Review The items below are required to start the review process: There are still attachment uploads in progress.
We've never experienced this before. Is anyone else having issues? This is been processing for almost two hours now.
Submitting different types of files, it appears the issue is with the .xlsx file type. If I switch it to .xls (an older Excel format), it goes through. I believe something with .xlsx files is no longer working in App Store Connect. This file we upload hasn't changed in over a year and we've uploaded it many times since then.
