I'm using the Dell Dock WD19DCS for my work laptop (Dell) it recognizes my 2nd and 3rd monitors. If I plug my Macbook Pro (2018) into my Dell Dock, only one monitor will extend and my second monitor will mirror the other. Trying to detect my 3rd monitor through settings, but unfortunately, my third monitor will not show.

does somebody have this same problem?

Not sure if this is still useful for you - I happened to be in the same boat and found out the reason behind. The WD19DCS is a performance dock with two thunderbolt/usb C ports. For dual monitor setup with Macbook pro, you will need either the WD19TBS or WD22TB4. Hope that helps.
