Apple Notes: Quick Keys for entering Date and horizontal lines

I have been searching for two features (that I used daily in Evernote) that not finding in Apple Notes. First, a shortcut or quick key for entering the date (ie 03/13/2023 - or other formats). Second, I am looking for a shortcut or quick/hot key for inserting a horizontal line in the note (would act as a firm divider between topics, subjects, and/or thoughts.
