Hi,
I've been getting this message for a couple of years now, when I try to go to the agreement, tax and banking module to update my banking information, I get a white screen so I decided it's time to get this solved by Apple once and for all.
This is the mail I have:
When I click on the agreement tax and banking link I get this:

When I login with the same email address I have received the mail on I get a white screen. The console of the webpage shows the following errors:
