I've recently upgrade my ios version to 16.4. It looks fine until I say "Hey Siri". It's not working anymore and the shortcut which was previously added. Even I've reset the setting.
Still can trigger by power button.
Does anyone get the same issue with IOS 16.4?

Siri cannot answer to me at all after update to 16.4 even if I trigger it with power button
Hello, I updated my phone to 16.4 yesterday. I have Hey Siri issue. There’s no new update but I tried now and it’s become to work. I don’t understand 😂
I’m also having this problem. No “hey siri” and I can’t access Siri settings—they seem to be missing. CarPlay also fails to load saying that Siri needs to be enabled in settings.

Same here, just updated iPhone XS to iOS 16.4 and Siri doesn’t work any more. If I press the side button or say Hi Siri, it opens up and listens and then just ”searching” and something about connection error. I’ve tried with and without wifi and same with 4g but nothing seems to work. Everything was fine before the update tho.
