I am an investor and one of the investments is a Gym studio which I subscribed with a platform for operational process in the gym. This platform has an add on which is to develop an App for my subscribers and they will develop an App for IOS and Android to do the app for all the customers .
when it came to IOS app they told me I need to enroll as a developer in apple developer as an organization and after that invoice my developer and give them access to that account so they can develop the App and put into Apple store. And here my nightmare started and the agony began.
I started collecting all the details and requirements needed to open a developer account as an organization which made me feel that I am enrolling into a NOBEL PRIZE program since they are a lot and the hardest one was the DUNS number which I had to research for 10 days to reach D&B in Saudi and Finally I was able to contact them and I paid around 600 USD to get the DUNS number and when I got I rushed to enroll since I have all the requirements and it didn’t work.
I called apple and they told me the DUNS is not showing and to contact D&B to see whats the problem, I went back to D&B and asked them to see and check and they told me it usually takes from 10 to 15 days to update into all databases and that is the time required. That was on 20Feb2023 with Case Number : 101942222322 . So we waited for one month and assumed that the information has reached all the databases and now you guys are able to pick up my DUNS number. So I tried again and the same error occurred, and I tried to go the website and get some help and they on the website the only option was to send an email, which I did on March 25th with Case ID 101962656745. And I have waited two days and no answer, so I went again and made a new email on March 27th with Case ID 101964049572. And of course no one replied or answered or called me. The next day on March 28th with Case ID 101964835522. And with no surprise again no one has answered me or called me or interacted with me for that email.
I thought lets do another method I went to chat through the IPAD and I was able to chat with a guy his name Keneth and he tried to help but told me it is not his department and all what he can do is to schedule a call for next day. So I waited for the next day with all excitement that the guy who will call me will help me finalize the issue however the guy called me and had no Idea what’s the problem and told me again this is not my department go to the website and send an email ( which I did 3 times before) with no results. So I did not give up I went again to chat and met a guy named Hanz who really tired his best to help me and he couldn’t due it is not his department and he scheduled a call for today which I also waited and freed my time just to answer this call to finally finish this problem, however the lady who answered had no idea about the problem and she couldn’t help me so I escalated the issue with her and told her I need a supervisor, the supervisor answered and told me politely that he cant help he is restricted, he has no information and he cant help and all what we need to do Is to go again to the Famous website and send email. Which I am doing now.
I want to enroll into apple developer program as an organization and I need help . it is not rocket science and we are not inventing the new gravity or exploring the Dark hole. I go to the email no one answer I go to chat they send me to phone I go to phone and they send me to the website and the loop will never end. I have wasted my time and spending all my effort to Enroll into this HOLY APPLE DEVELOPER PROGRAM as an organization and I am not able to do that. And it seems you guys don’t know how to do that, and no one of the people I am contacting with apple have an idea what is that. What can I do and with who do I speak to enroll into this program ?? My business is getting affected directly since I don’t have the app because I am not able to enroll. And no one from apple seems to know how to help me enroll. And there are no communication channels for that but the email which you guys don’t answer. I create cases like I am buying chocolate chips with no one answering it. To be honest I regret having to deal with this and I wish I had another option but unfortunately I don’t.
