What can we do if the review testers obviously are pretending to not be able to login?

They are doing that every build. Considering the phone numbers they are using (a required info), that is a "virtual US phone" registered in China. We also have a +1555 method specially for that case, but they sometimes are refusing to use an available solution for them.

For instance in the following screen it is absolutely clear that they didn't provided the email, which us shown as required by both texts and icons, but they still say that they "cannot login"...

have you checked guideline 2.1:

Make sure your app has been tested on-device for bugs and stability before you submit it, and include demo account info (and turn on your back-end service!) if your app includes a login. If you are unable to provide a demo account due to legal or security obligations, you may include a built-in demo mode in lieu of a demo account with prior approval by Apple. Ensure the demo mode exhibits your app’s full features and functionality.

From what you show, it doesn't seem you comply.
