Hello there. I was transferring files into my external HDD (WD My Passport 25E1) and ended up getting an error massage, I did not bother to check what it said and just clicked done which froze the HDD and the only option available was force quit, when I tried to plug the HDD back in it wouldn't show up, I can see it greyed out in the disk utility and keep getting errors whatever I try to do.
