I received an email from Apple saying the following:
"When doing business with partners and related parties, Apple is required to comply with applicable laws. As a result, we need a few more details about the legal entity associated with your account.
In App Store Connect, visit the Agreements section, click Pending User Info, and follow the prompts. If the requested information isn't provided in 45 days, your payments may be delayed and your apps may be removed from the App Store. All non-administrative users will also lose their access to App Store Connect."
When I visit the the agreements section there is no prompt for "Pending User Info". I have no idea what information is required or how to provide it. Apple has now removed my app from the app store, blocked my payments and I've lost all my users.
I have reached out to Apple on all available emails and have received no response on how to fix this problem. If someone could please help me by letting me know how to fix this I would be extremely grateful.
