  1. set system preferred language from English to Icelandic(which iOS not support, display English)
  2. ios14/15 display push notification by Icelandic, but ios16 display by English, not Icelandic.

same app, different display. push notification's Icelandic definition file is localizable.strings. Is there some other setting I miss?
