I am unable to apply for the Apple Developer Program. The website page displays:
"Your Apple Developer Program registration is being reviewed. Please contact us (https://developer.apple.com/contact/)."
After contacting Apple Support multiple times, their response was:
"You have verified your identity through the Apple Developer App using another Apple ID."
The actual situation is that a few years ago, I successfully applied for the Apple Developer Program through a certain account. However, later on, for some reason, this account was not renewed and was deleted through the https://privacy.apple.com/ website. However, the identity verification for applying for the Apple Developer Program was bound to this deleted account and was not released when the account was deleted.
Now, since I am unable to retrieve the original account (and cannot remember the account ID or email), and Apple Support is unable to transfer the identity verification to my current new account, I have been unable to continue the application process for the Apple Developer Program.

实际情况是，我在几年以前，我通过某一个账号申请成功过Apple Developer Program，但是后来由于某些原因，这个账号没有再续费，并在https://privacy.apple.com/网站上申请了删除账户。但是申请Apple Developer Program的身份认证，却绑定到了这个已删除的账号上，并没有随着删除账号而解除。
现在，由于我没法找回原来的账户（也记不清了原来的账户ID或邮箱），而Apple Support也没办法帮我转移身份认证到我现在所用的新账号，导致我一直无法继续Apple Developer Program的申请流程。
